Hi, I'm Karla.
UESCA certified Ultrarunning and Nutrition Coach
Welcome to Out There Coaching! I offer personalized endurance coaching designed to help trail runners thrive. My approach emphasizes injury prevention, gear and nutrition advice and building mental resilience for endurance runners. Specializing in one-on-one coaching, I create tailored training plans that ensure long-term success and help you reach your full potential.
As an avid trail runner, my love for running and adventure has taken me across the globe, from the rugged trails of the Canadian Rockies to the stunning landscapes of New Zealand and South Africa. I have participated in many endurance and scenic races, including the 100 km Skyrun and the 56 km Two Oceans Ultramarathon in South Africa. My passion is to share my love for the trails with others.
