My approach emphasizes injury prevention, gear and nutrition advice and building mental resilience for runners. Specializing in one-on-one coaching, I create tailored training plans that ensure long-term success and help you reach your full potential.
As an avid trail runner, my love for running and adventure has taken me across the globe, from the rugged trails of the Canadian Rockies to the stunning landscapes of New Zealand and South Africa. My passion is to share my love for the trails with others.
